"Really peaceful place to stay, there was everything we needed in the cottage, i had to ring the host as tv wasnt working for us and the host arrived in about 10 mins to sort out. "This cottage is in a great location, close to Newcastle, Castlewellan, Tullymore, Murlough and more. However the mattresses need replaced and are very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hottub is a nice feature but for anyone unfamiliar with this type of hottub, you cannot regulate the heat, and once it gets warm enough to get into it quickly gets too hot to be enjoyable.     "Excellent hotel. Great room, very comfortable. Superb Spa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great stay. One minor thing that could be changed is the TV. There is no option to input an hdmi. (This is disabled). I know this may seem silly, but sometimes you just want to relax and chill with something on TV you want to watch. Having 'source' input enabled would allow you to watch your own device/program. The 'cast' function wasn't working either. I know you don't go away to watch TV, but when you have kids and don't get to watch much other than their shows, it's nice to have the option to just relax. If the streaming apps were even on the TV, you could login yourself. That would be an option. Like I said, minor point. Love this hotel. Can't wait to go back!"
