3-room house on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, CD-player and DVD. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC. Heating. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: There are no curtains in the property except on bathroom window. For heating, a solid fuel range provides the central heating. There are also portable electric heaters that can be used in different rooms and a separate electric boiler provides the hot water. The solid fuel Rayburn range runs off coal which needs to be kept alight to heat the water for the radiators to work from. Coal is provided for this. There is also an open fire in the lounge upon which logs can be used. As it is open, smoke will come into the property, especially when the chimney is cold and the fire is first lit. HI-30315-R
