"The front desk staff was pleasant. I thought that the lobby lighting was ocean themed. Possibly some sort off jellyfish light fixtures. It turns out they were just old light fixtures with the upholstery falling off. Unfortunately housekeeping didn't have my room ready until about 1 hour after check-in time (3pm). My room was right next to a busy street (noisy) and upstairs neighbors were super loud walkers, jumping off bed to floor late into the night. Driving off property was a challenge due to a huests huge Ryder rental box truck parked blocking half of tthe driveway and huge pieces of palm trees blocking the other half."

"The location is exactly 1 (very small) block from the beach and bay each way and the included beach gear and bike rentals were the icing on the cake. It's right in the middle of some smaller, cute restaurants/bars, stores, boutiques and markets. We had such a great time, my 15 daughter (hard to impress) fell in love and keeps asking when we'll be going back. Thanks for the experience and memories!"

"House is an easy walk to the beach, main street can be noisy. The kitchen is on the third floor, it has a table for four and has seating at the counter. The largest dining space is outside on the ground level, too far from the kitchen for meal serving.Patio is cool and shady, a good place to relax or to play games. Fencing along the public walkway provides privacy.Elevator connects the garage to second and third floors. It's great for luggage and for those that can't climb stairs. It's not so well connected to the front patio space because there are stairs from garage down to first floor and first floor up to patio.There's an outdoor shower and hose to remove sand. Shed has some good beach supplies: chairs, tents, toys, boogie boards, wagon. Garage is clean and spacious. Hot tub is enjoyable, ready to use any time. There's an extra cost charged for setting air conditioners to less than 74F, this is not stated in the listing but is in the house rules. Air conditioners didn't work well, we had to request help a couple times and eventually got temporary units to cool some of the warmest rooms, though not all."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept great every night. The place was spotless, clean, and very welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!"

"Great location in the bay. Only complaint is the oven doesn’t work. Stove top does but not oven. Luckily what we bought fit in the toaster oven. It is a studio so good to stay a few nights. Can hear the people below. Overall had a good time and would consider staying here again."

"Stayed at a handful of hostels and this one's in a class of its own. Bunk beds are comfortable and private, with plenty of lockable storage underneath. The space is clean, warm, and genuinely well put together. Staff are friendly and they set the tone for the place. Taco Tuesday is not to be missed. Easy in and out, free parking just a block away. And the location speaks for itself."
