"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"Hello,The home was very well stocked! The location was fabulous. We are not picky, but it needed to be cleaned better. There was dust (which I get to a certain extent near the ocean) but it had clearly been there a while - there were dusty spiderwebs in corners and windows. The carpet is very dirty. It made it hard to relax. I’m sorry. We’ve given every other place we’ve stayed 5 stars. "
