「From the welcome when we」

「We had a pleasant stay at the Harbour Hotel. The room was a good size, clean and had plenty of power sockets, which was very convenient. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure. The bathroom, however, felt quite dated. The sink was very small, making it difficult to fill the kettle directly from the tap, and there was no side lamp in the room. We also found that water came out of the shower tray despite the shower having an enclosure. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of...

「Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi」

「Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok. Good breakfast and helpful staff.」

「The room was clean but overall hotel needs lots of TLC. Only seen one member of staff. He was receptionist, bartender and possibly waiting on breakfast tables, so he was kept going. For what we paid for overnight stay, we have no complaints. Main thing was the room and en suite were clean. If you want 5 star you need to be prepared to pay a lot more than this hotel charges. Overall it did the job.」

「Booked as attending wedding next door. Clean room, due to weather room was very warm. Breakfast was at sister hotel next door. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Loved my stay」
