Clean and tidy the host was friendly and polite.its very close to all the attractions.everything was in good order .the room was quite small for 2 people.the toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom and very small but all very nice.lots of little extras in the bathroom.breakfast had lots of choices and good quality items.i expected to pay for parking but the host was able to add my car to a permit too the car park a few houses down .lots of nice touches and quiet given how close to the center

If you are looking for a perfect stay you must book this hotel,although that is easer said done As the hotel is in demand The free breakfast is fantastic ,the amenities Are great . The staff are great don’t take my word but you must book early as it’s unusual To have spare rooms so be warned

The hostess was lovely, very pleasant. Check in was easy. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was nice and comfortable. In the room was a fridge and tea making facilities. Also ensuite shower. Large TV with Netflix. Breakfast was help yourself with sausages beans, tomotoes and boiled egg and cereals. There is Parking directly outside. Idea location in Skegness, very close to shops and beach is 2 minute walk.

Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well . The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch. Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book .

Fantastic value for money

I was pleasantly suprised with how good the Singlecote hotel was. I wasn't expecting much given the cost of the room but it was fantastic value for money. The hotel and room was spotless and the complimentary continental breakfast was superb. There was so much fresh choice. If i am ever down from Scotland again, then i will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel and owners.

Our Singlecote stay

This is probably one of the best places, in Skegness, we have ever stayed in, over the last 30 years. It is dog friendly too. Lovely owner and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend and we will stay again.

A great location a street back from the beach. The hotel was clean and there was an excellent choice for the continental breakfast. The room was comfy and had a hairdryer, complementary toothbrush/paste, shower cap, ear plugs etc. We stayed with our 2 children who loved the large sized bunk beds. The host was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. A lovely stay in a good location. Would recommend!
