Nice stay

Lovely b&b with nice friendly hosts. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The location was excellent near to all amenities, all in all a great place to stay.

Weekend away

Very pleasant stay, we had a small issue but once known it was sorted immediately. Breakfast was excellent I would recommend this B and B to everyone.

Good value for money

Clean, comfortable with a nice mattress and bedding. Had the king sized bed ( front room) overlooking the park. Breakfast was amazing!

Owners very pleasant and lovely breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. The room could with another double electric socket( you have to unplug tv or kettle to plus bed side lamps in) and the sink hot and cold water were a bit of a trickle at times. Maybe an instruction sheet as to get the best results from using the shower may help future guests? Overall a pleasant few days

Sherwood Comfy & Convenient

We arrived at The Sherwood in Skegness late August 2025. We were able to park easily on the front area. It is situated straight across from Tower Gardens and so convenient for almost everything any person could need. We received clear instructions how to enter the secure front entrance door. Our ground floor room was a delight, so clean and roomy, ideal for anyone with mobility issues, and very quiet. Our wonderful hosts “Linda & Rob” greeted us for an appetising breakfast. They are so friendly, considerate and caring we felt so relaxed. We had a really enjoyable holiday there.

NOT A HOTEL just a guest house???

Room was small. TV miniscule (about 14 inches).Bathroom 4foot X 3foot.Shower cubicle 2ft 6inch square. all in all not value for money - Premier Inn lots better and cheaper!

Excellent hosts , extremely clean accommodation, breakfast really good quality food. Situated near the shops, everything within a few minutes walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Great weekend

What a good weekend. Location is really handy being very close to the high streets and also the sea front. Room very clean and nice size. Although very close to everything it’s position opposite the park means the nights are very quiet and peaceful. Very nice breakfasts and very friendly couple running it. Will definitely be revisiting.

Very enjoyable visit

Very welcoming. Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Parking was available on site but also easy to park close by.
