Could not get into room until 6pm , there was no where to put your clothes, the was nails sticking out on the floor, tv didn’t get reception and the window didn’t close and they didn’t replace the toilet rolls so had to buy my own .

Don’t know how the place is still open, the rooms are nothing like they are on the online pictures, the room I had a horrible smell when we walked in, the carpet had stains on and paint, the socket on the wall wasn’t working, the shower was terrible hardly any water came out of it,the noise was terrible early hours from other people staying there, no staff at property and I messaged them saying I wasn’t happy and got ignored and tried phoning and got ignored, very disappointing would avoid this place

No one to check you in when you arrive or if you have a problem. Rooms were poorly decorated and the bathroom was disgusting. Very noisy at night due to people sitting outside and where it is located. Stones throw away from an asylum hotel where young men hang around day and night. AVOID!!!!!

please please please do not book here if you are a family or couple wanting a nice quiet break. The hotel is a hostel for certain overseas humans, smoking the green stuff inside the building halls, the place absolutely stinks of it! so so noisy, full of young men, the hotel have no clue what’s going on because the hotel is unmanned! my daughter wouldn’t even get out the car as she was terrified ! after fighting back and forth the hotel wouldn’t give us a refund even though we didn’t stay here, the room was absolutely vile! the customer service is awful, please avoid at all costs. I’ve had to do a charge back with my bank to get the money back! not worth the hassle at all. seems the management think it’s all acceptable

Advertised as queen size bed, which it wasn't and was very uncomfortable.Room seemed dirty, from carpets to windows and smelt musty and damp, especially the bathroom. Kept awake by someone constantly going up and down the stairs all night and banging.

Had to try and book in on arrival as wasn't aware it was supposed to be done online prior to arrival. No remote for TV so couldn't use. Another guest who arrived at the same time went to their room only to find someone sleeping in there so felt it was very unsafe.

As a traveling performer, all I need is a bed bathroom and space just to reset everything after a gig This provided that cheaply. So that’s OK. There are zero facilities at this hotel got shown to a room by manager, who didn’t speak an awful lot of English having been let in by someone who hardly spoken any English at all. Now that’s not a problem for me, but if you’re a holiday maker especially one with a family then I can’t say I recommend this place not because it wasn’t fairly clean and the location to town isn’t that bad but in the evening there are a lot of, shall we say people who are not indigenous British, Men hanging around on the street corners and on the benches smoking and speaking in language in which I don’t understand which felt a little intimidating.

When we arrived at the property it looked like it qas a derelict building tried to contact the hotel to get access codes for booking in but thw number on expedia said they dont deal with that hotel anymore so we had to walk to the hotel to see how to gain access we then received a message with access details . When we entered the hotel the foyey looked presentable we did get access early to the room which was great. When we got in the room it smelt like somone had preciously smoked in the room and being none smokers it wasn't pleasant at all. The room looked very shabby you can see its been painted and there was paint all over the carpet and looked very roughly done. The room looked nothing like was advertised, there was marked on the walls and the bathroom was dirty to the point where there was mold in the bathroom and the shower cubical was really dirty the waywe hose for rhe shower looked like its never been cleaned due to my husbands health conditions we wernt able to use the shower due to the mold. The nosie from all the other residents througout the night waa terrible people fighting and arguing went on till early hours and one of residents smoked canibis i wasn't able to close our window due to how warm it was and it waa avwey unpleasant stay. The wires coming from the tv was a hazard and need to be tied back it looked tereible all hanging down No hanger provided to hand up our clothes. I am sorry but it wasnt a pleasant stay at all.

Check in was really easy which was good. Room was clean. My only advice would be more pillows and bigger mugs and a teaspoon. However we were woken at 1am by some idiot vaping in their room and setting of the fire alarms!! Then never got back to sleep due to the inconsiderate piss heads arriving back at all hours up to 5am. Now get they are young and im not a party pooper but maybe in the hotel description it should mention that its let out to young people so oldies like me wouldnt book it. Also maybe a fan in the rooms as the windows are tiny and the room was like an oven.

We like staying at harbour hotel but really like the flats very nice place to stay, the hotel toilets is blocked so had 2 have someone out for that, still not right but it’s fine the staff is nice and helpful I would recommend the hotel and the flat two stay

We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!

We didnt stay at the property as it made us feel uncomfortable we had booked a room with a sea view couldnt see through the windows as it was misted up.also plug socket was broken off the wall.no receptionist.there was noise everywhere around the property felt like a hostel it was horrible
