This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, we walked everywhere! very clean, the room a lil bit small but it was worth it! would come back here if needed to stay in the city.

Aside for a bit of problems with the door code, handle and the battery that left me waiting outside for a bit I can not fault anyone. The staff via WhatsApp , phone and the guy that repaired my door were kind and polite. The room was not spotless but nothing to complain about. The room, the area, the view was great! Just a suggestion...if you leave some cleaning products and accessories ( broom, mop, etc.) it would make it easier to keep the room even cleaner as there is no service available. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would definitely suggest to others. P. S. A small microwave would also help.😉
