Large house in the center of Finistère in the village of Sizun, house with courtyard and enclosed garden, both in the village and on the edge of the countryside, set back from the street with parking 3 places, lawn, terrace. Located at the foot of the Monts d'Arrée, in the park of Armorique, Sizun is a green holiday resort with swimming pool and tennis at 5oo m, lake for walking, swimming and water activities at 6 km, beaches and Atlantic at 30 minutes . the contemporary house of the 80s, tastefully decorated, with many paintings (house of painters) comprises, on the ground floor, a living room and kitchen equipped with direct access to the garden terrace, laundry, toilet. On the floor, 3 rooms, a bathroom, separated toilets. The farmhouse on the side is not inhabited, it is amménagée workshop and garage, the latter can be used by tenants at their request.

Everything you need!

Perfect property, all the functionality and appliances. very clean and comfortable, nice big bedrooms. Sizun is a very lovely village/town - has a charming little square where you can get pretty much all you need. My wife used the hairdressers and was very happy with the results. there is also a public swimming pool within about 200m. and excellent location for discovering Finisterre.

Gorgeous place

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this lovely cottage. We went with our 3 kids (4,5,7) and they loved the treehouse and playing in the back garden. The bedrooms were spacious with a lovely feeling of homeliness in it. We loved the paintings on the walls!! Kitchen was well equipped. There is a local supermarket just 2 minutes walking distance, so is bakery and few cafe. Gorgeous gorgeous village with a lovely church right in the middle of the village. We visited various beaches around the area and did a walk by lac u drennac. Also did a visit to Oceanopolis when the temperature was too hot. Gisele and Jean Paul maintained excellent communication before & during the trip. They couldn’t have been any better hosts. We will definitely come back again x

Absolutely beautiful stay as we have had before. Brilliant property in a nice quiet location with all the amenities around. Hosts are always very warm & welcoming. Kids had enough space to run around and have fun. Good base to go out & explore various lovely beaches. We will definitely visit again.

très bonne location pour visiter le Finistère

Ma famille composée de mon épouse et de nos deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans avons passé une semaine très sympathique dans cette maison. Contact facile avec les propriétaires par mail, nous avons été reçus par des amis à eux souriants et arrangeants. Un cadeau de bienvenue avec des crêpes, des gâteaux bretons et du cidre. Les documentations des activités à proximité étaient directement proposées. Maison propre, fonctionnelle et confortable. Il y'a même quelques jeux pour les enfants (cabane dans l'arbre dehors, jardin clos, legos...). Nous avons pu aller à la mer, à Brest/oceanopolis, voir les monts d'Arrée, se balader au château du Taureau, Pleumeur Bodou... Très peu de points négatifs donc : recommandé !

Maison très agréable et confortable, parfaite pour se sentir comme chez soi, ce que nous avons apprécié compte tenu de notre malchance avec la météo. Notre petit garçon a même pu largement explorer les boîtes de playmobil et lego. On apprécie aussi la localisation dans le bourg, qui permet de faire les courses à pieds, et notamment d’avoir du pain frais chaque matin. Central pour visiter le coin, très riche pour la randonnée, et à distance raisonnable de la côte. Accueil également très sympathique.

Maison très fonctionnelle, électroménager de qualité , bien spacieux. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et accueillant. Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines, nous étions les premiers touristes à louer ce bien. Les literies sont toutes de bonnes qualités Le centre ville est à 200m proche de toute commodités . A conseiller vivement .
