"The hotel was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was pleasant, and the room was very nice. However, the welcome and reception in the lobby were not up to standard. The lobby felt completely empty and there was no proper reception."

"You can tell they made an effort to renovate the rooms. This is a motel with pretty cramped rooms, best suited for a solo person or couple, in transit for a couple days. Their renovation efforts are a bit hindered by some maintenance issue, hence the missing star. Still, i would recomend this as a decent motel, suited for singles or couples transiting the area. It's in a middle of quiet nature environement, Rooms have a dual HVAC which can either cool or heat the room, depending on the situation. Nice accomodating receptionist. They also offer a basic continental breakfast. Plenty of free parking."

"All amenities were extra and had to be paid in different locations- sauna, yoga, breakfast- it made the experience less easy and relaxing. There was also a giant ragweed growing in the breakfast area and others throughout the property."

"Room clean large enough but similar to all Hampton Inns we stayed this weekend. Only one chair in room and no over head lighting in large area of room only in entry area. Ithaca had a floor lamp tall enough to help a little. Are all a cable rooms on upper floors how does someone unable to do stairs quote at all leave in a fire"
