Semi-independent country house in Brusc.
Semi independent because you have at your disposal a private wing with your own entrance to the house. The rental is designed in a cottage spirit, close to nature, because it has 2 parts.
The day area, located at swimming pool level, includes the swimming pool which is private to you, a recent covered terrace at the edge of a very beautiful swimming pool, and a large pool house with dining room and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven , dishwasher). Adjoining the pool house, you have a bathroom with toilet and 500 m² of land to relax.
The sleeping area is located in a wing of the house but has its own private entrance. You enter through a first bedroom of 14 m² which has a mezzanine of 9 m² on the ground with a 140/190 double bed and a fan. There is a flat screen in this bedroom.
You then access a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a double sink.
The house does not have a living room like in a traditional rental.
The owner is very discreet, and always listens to his guests, he can prepare his specialty on request, a fresh pizza evening, for the delight of young and old alike, by the pool to the sound of the cicadas.
Mont Salvat beach is 350 meters away, you have a pine forest 200 m away where you can picnic on tables set up on the path to the beach.
The beach is below, and several paths provide access to it. These are natural paths, which are not recommended for children alone but it is safe if accompanied by parents.
We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate.
No rental will be final without these documents.

Arrival between 19:00 and 20:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 21:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
