In the mountains, self contained, lovely birds. Maria was helpful. Beds around wrong way but we changed them.

I liked the view and good location, but just few requested that sheets and towels need to be change everyday due to the weather in Samoa. The hospitality was excellent, communication was good. I recommend this place if you plan to go for holiday in Samoa

Quiet Experience

Tiavi Mountain Escape is a small complex of cabins on the south side of Samoa. It is located on a mountain, so it is cooler than the resorts on the water. The cabins are comfortable, the beds are comfortable, and there is adequate electricity. Parking is available in front of the cabins, and you will need a car. There are two drawbacks. One, no internet which is not surprising, because Samoa has very limited internet at best. The second drawback is more serious. No hot water. So this is not a place to stay long term. For a couple of days, if you can shower with cool water, it is a nice place to stay.
