Cozy, yet comfy.
We stayed during an internet outage. We were unable to have WiFi. But the unit is nice and clean. We received driving directions. It was dark and we could not find Etolin Way. The sign is missing. go past the stop light, and take the first right. We didn’t have access to maps at all. Overall after finding the unit, we enjoyed our stay/ they only have tea and no coffee

Great place
A cute little studio in the in the heart of town. Everything we needed for a stay in Sitka was in the rental waiting. Would definitely book again if I found myself in Sitka.

Easy walking location in Downtown
Easy 1 block walk to the Central Station for the three bus lines. Easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Comfortable room and atmosphere. We would stay here again.

Great location, new, clean comfortable….good price
This unit is quite new in a location that is in the downtown Sitka area…easy walking. Comfortable bed, new modern bathroom, friendly kitchen fully outfitted with glassware, pots, microwave, cooktop, soap and new sponge, paper towels, on so on…. The bed is comfortable. There is a bedside chair. We brought the 2 patio chairs in to sit by the slider that leads to a deck. The owner is awesome and very responsive.

Great location; centrally located
Room was exactly as advertised, with a central location adjacent t to Sitka downtown. Easily walkable to the raptor center, swan lake, and all downtown features for visitors. Walked to the airport for my morning flight, so was able to enjoy pretty much everything without a rental car.
One note - this unit is a 2nd floor walkup, so if you have issues navigating stairs keep that in mind.

Great stay - convenient location
Perfect for two people looking to explore Sitka, in a great location. Seemed to have everything we needed and Unit C had great views of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental
This property is located right in the middle of Sitka and is perfect walking distance to downtown. It’s great for a single or couple. Clean, convenient, modern, and property manager very easy to work with. I highly recommend.
