Located in the exclusive La Levantina development, this apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. Its stunning views and private terrace will make your stay an authentic experience for all 5 senses.

The apartment is located on the third floor. Upon entering, we directly access the living-dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your holiday. From the living room, you can access the magnificent terrace, a luxury where you can relax and spend good times with your companions.

It also has one bedroom with a double bed. It has a bathroom with a shower. The house has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

It is very easy to park on the street very close to the apartment, as it is in a residential area.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
