  • Nestled in the friendly Tollgate community just minutes from downtown Sisters, Oregon, The Sisters Moose is the perfect affordable getaway for two couples or a small family looking to relax, explore, and enjoy everything Central Oregon has to offer.
    This cozy mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering an open-concept layout with plenty of room to spread out. Guests will enjoy both a spacious family room and a separate TV room — perfect for movie nights, kids, or simply having extra space to unwind after a day of adventure.
    The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed plus a set a bunk bed with a twin over double bed, making this home ideal for families, couples traveling together, mountain bikers, or outdoor adventurers.
    Step outside and enjoy all the extras that make this home fun and memorable:

    Bikes provided for guest use
    Nearby walking and biking trails
    Miles of surrounding National Forest land to explore
    Just a hop, skip, and a jump down the street, guests also enjoy free access to the seasonal Tollgate community amenities including:

    Tollgate is known for its welcoming neighborhood atmosphere where guests can enjoy peaceful walks, kids riding bikes around the loop, and relaxing among the pines.
    Inside the home you’ll find:

    Open kitchen and gathering spaces perfect for spending time together
    For warmer summer days, the home includes a wall-mounted split-level air conditioning unit in the living room. Please note this is not central A/C.
    Important Notes:
    The pellet stove is not available for guest use.
    Pool season typically runs from the end of May through mid-September, weather permitting.
    Tollgate Pool Hours:
    Lap Swim: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    Open Swim: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Lap Swim: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Moose home review

Overall experience was positive. The location, though close to the highway, was ideal: quiet, serene and well stocked. Sisters and the Metolius are close. Pool and other amenities were available and easy. Few snags, the house had not been cleaned. Management was quick to resolve and deal with it and propane situation. The propane BBQ was out. It was a bit annoying to go get propane (I was reimbursed for it). The BBQ should be replaced, or I’d recommend not using it. It scorched ribs wrapped in foil on low to the point we could not eat them.

Nice place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was surprised to find guest bikes, which was nice. Very quiet neighborhood. Small deck, but a beautiful backyard. Easy online transaction and home entry/exit.

Great family vacation again!

This is our second time staying here and it was wonderful again! This year it was great to be able to use the pool! The neighborhood is super quiet, the house is clean and well equipped, and there was so much to do with our family! Thanks for the use of your home!

Nice home for family trip

Grandparents, parents, and child enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool in the property community. The home is advertised as having air-conditioning, which it does in the tv room. The bedrooms were on the opposite end of the air, and they were hot. Only 1 had a fan. It was unusually hot when we were there, but it is noted if heat is a problem for future guests. Otherwise, it was a nice property with tv's in nearly every room, if that is of interest.

Great place!

We are a group of 3 adults. We loved this house. Very clean. Had a nice little deck in the back. Short drive to Sisters. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family getaway!

We had a wonderful mini vacation at this property! The house was perfect for our little group. It was close to everything! It was also well equipped with board games, yard games, bikes and tennis rackets! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and great location

Property management touched base with us when we checked in. Everything was as described and the house had most everything we needed. Best part was probably the location, just a few minutes drive into town and we could bike there pretty quick too.
