You'll be close to the championship Glaze Meadow Golf Course, bike and gear rentals, and a playground for the kids - all the makings of a wonderful trip to Black Butte Ranch at any time of year.

Leave your car in the covered carport and make your way inside this two-level home, where the open and airy living space awaits upstairs. Enjoy a blend of carpeted and tiled floors and large windows that frame the woods. The living room features a pair of leather sofas, a cable TV, and a door that leads outside to the balcony, where you can grill in the summer sunshine and dine with a view of the fragrant pines.

After a day spent enjoying the resort's 18 miles of biking and walking trails, disc golf course, soccer fields, volleyball and basketball courts, and opportunities to cross-country ski, canoe, ride horses, and fly fish, you can return home to soothe your tired muscles in the main bedroom suite's large jetted tub. Then it's time to get started on dinner in the kitchen, offering stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seats, and an adjacent dining table by the window. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a TV in each of the downstairs bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
