"Very nice place. Check in was not very good. Had to go to the bar area and request the bartender to help. 20 minutes later I had to go ask again as she was to busy visiting with the people at the bar and forgot about me."

Cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath house located just outside Roy Lake State Park.

Cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath house located just outside Roy Lake State Park.

10/10 Excellent
"If you're going to visit Roy Lake State Park, this is the place to stay. It is spacious and very clean and is located just outside the West entrance to the park. You can literally see the boat launch from the kitchen window. Our family has stayed in the suites at Roy Lake, and this home is far superior for a similar price. Tim was great to work with, and we were very glad we got to extend our stay for an extra day to enjoy the park and the house. We were able to sleep four kids in the basement room and my wife and I in the master bedroom. The upstairs loving room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The laundry room was nice as well. Very neat and large (with extra beach towels), and it was great to be able to wash clothes before we headed home. The kitchen was very nice and great for our cooking needs. This was such a great space for our family. I highly recommend it and plan to book again in the future!"

"Great house, especially if you have a large group. My only wish was to have running water inside the fish cleaning station, but certainly not an issue."

Pickerel Lake SD Cabin. Beautiful cabin, amazing lake front location!

10/10 Excellent
"We loved the location and cleanliness of this property. It does say that it sleeps 10, but there are only 4 beds. It was fine for us because there are 2 large couches that worked for an extra kid. The kitchen was stocked, the dock is very convenient, the neighbors were very nice. Would def stay again."
