Welcome to our cozy home nestled in the greenery of the Monte Conero Regional Park. The house features two double bedrooms and a single sofa bed, making it ideal for accommodating up to five people. In addition, the open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook your favorite meals.



The house also features a private parking space that can accommodate one car. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious patio equipped with a barbecue and a comfortable hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking; mountain bike gear is also available in the house.



Our home is situated in a prime location within the Monte Conero Regional Park, one of the natural gems of the Marche region. The area is famous for its beaches with crystal-clear waters, including Spiaggia delle Due Sorelle and Spiaggia di Portonovo—the former accessible by water taxi and the latter easily reached by car. Additionally, the park offers many opportunities for nature lovers, including hiking, birdwatching, and trekking.



For families with young children, we are pleased to offer a convenient travel crib available during your stay.



The Marche region is a highly popular tourist destination thanks to its natural beauty and rich history and culture. Among the most famous tourist attractions are the cities of Ancona, Ascoli Piceno, and Urbino, all of which are accessible by car. In addition, the region is famous for its cuisine, which offers delicious specialties such as homemade egg pasta, porchetta, Verdicchio wine, and Portonovo mussels.
