The staff here is lovely, they take great pride in the family owned hotel. For the price, it was a great fit. There was a nice buffet breakfast in the morning, the employees (owners) were SUPER helpful and kind. The place was spotless. We enjoying walking the streets in town and discovering some charming restaurants. It's in a great area.

What a wonderful hotel. The owners were lovely , so friendly and helpful. The room overlooking the lake had a balcony we could sit on and watch the water and boats. Breakfast was an amazing selection and so fresh. We took advantage of the tips from the owner as to where to adventure and the 1 euro bus to the old town was great although you could walk and we did often. Amazing food locally - fresh and attentive. Overall couldn’t fault. It was positioned just off the road into Sirmione old town but that didn’t take away at all from this excellent place. Wonderful time and memories. Thanks to Expedia and Villa Rosa for a wonderful week.
