「The attitude of staff is not good from reception. The towel in the room is not prepared enough, but staffs didn't react well even after pointing out the lacking of towel. Overall, there is no welcome atmosphere and no greeting at all.」

「I loved the staff! They were all very friendly and made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. The breakfasts were phenomenal, rooms extremely clean and the beds super comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here!」

「1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2.
