Someone was allowed to charge to my room from the hotel store. Apparently hotel staff do not verify that someone charging to a room is actually in that room. Trying to get my $ refunded now. Pool was cold and no towels in the pool area. Elevator broke. Tv in the room did not work and when I called front desk the women could not come and look at it because she could not climb 4 flights of stairs so we had to go without a tv. Otherwise room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a great first impression apon arrival. Our room was spacious and although a little worn with age was very clean. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices both hot and cold and the staff kept everything fresh, hot, and refilled. The location was across the parking lot of a mall and near many other shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.
