Didn’t feel safe, there were holes in the bathroom door. Probably not worth saving money to not get any sleep. Not clean. But it was late when we checked in. Stayed at other Motel 6s and were very clean and I felt safe.

There was no toilet paper or clean towels in the bathroom. There was human feces on the wall in the bathroom. There were cigarette burns in the mattresses and sheets. It was a disgusting establishment and would never recommend this place to anyone.

There were a lot of incidents and cops on scene. Room was clean but busted up and our door latch was broke , graffiti and cuss words on the outside windows that had not been cleaned. The toiletries and towels were dirty and stained, smelled like mold and cigarettes in a non smoking!

Do not go here if you have a family, NOT SAFE. Drug deals in parking lot ALL NIGHT long. LOUD yelling from rooms all around us... can hear card coming and going constantly. Felt very scared. We asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled of cigs and weed, had an ashtray on the table, and the smoke detector physically cut from the wall.. hole punched through bathroom door, old pizza crust found under bed by our dog. We left at 3am because we couldn’t sleep or handle it anymore.

It was the most terrible motel I have ever stayed in. It was the most terrible motel my husband had ever stayed at and he is an ex truck driver. There is creepy people coming and going all hours of the day and staring at us carrying our things into our room. There was no toilet paper. No towels. The beds sucked it was dirty and had no smoke alarm at all. It was ripped right off the wall. The bathroom vent was tore open and hanging there all dirty and nasty. Bottom line... that place should be shut down!

this hotel needs to be totally upgraded. the rooms have old furniture. the bathroom mirror peeling.there is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. the bedding had blood on the blankets bedding so thin no warmth. The towels had hair on them. No toilet paper in the bathroom--the shower head dripping water that was leaking onto the floor --no trash can in the bathroom --the floor was not clean Toilet was disgusting--worse hotel I have ever stayed in --main office microwave is disgusting no turntable to put food on the lobby coffee cold the phone the rooms dont work red light only flashes no dial tone no way to call front desk asked in reservation for front handicap room was put in the back of the building the room above us woke us up at 4 am with slamming and banging Bugs crawling in the shower and on the floor. Lobby area uninviting outdated my final words ate this The price is too high for this run down establishment that offers no extras DONT STAY AT MOTEL 6 IN SIOUX FALLS SD NOT WORTH THE PRICE

This property was closed and “no longer a Motel 6” when I arrived. I received no notice and had to rebook at the last minute at great expense.

When I got there for my "guaranteed" reservation, the door to the lobby was locked & no one was there. When I called the # posted for a contact the woman informed me that the motel had been sold a week ago & the former owner manager was supposed to notify all who had a reservation. No one had notified ME. I had to spend the night sleeping in my pickup. You should let Tom Boudette know that he should do more than just "leave the light on for ya". It WAS on, but there was no access to the office nor the room I had guaranteed on my credit card. I am extremely dissatisfied with Motel 6, & I will never stay in one until I have received the at least an apology from your corperate hq. H.G. Carey

This location is no longer a Motel 6. It is only renting for monthly rentals. Imagine my surprise to learn this when we pulled up after an 8 hour drive with 2 kids in the car to learn we have no place to stay!

When we arrived, there was a note on the door that they had closed and had turned into short term housing. No warning. No nothing. We were left scrambling for a hotel room in a city was already over booked.
