「We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. It started with check-in, where we were told we would need to come back a couple of hours later, but no specific time was provided. Trying to get an update was nearly impossible because nobody answers the phone, or returns messages left for management. Communication was so poor that we ended up contacting the hotel across the street just to try to get information. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process....
