The holiday home, renovated in 2020, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.


Location
Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. 2 parking spaces are behind the house on the property. Several parking spaces on the street for free.

Central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.

allowed. Free of charge.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 800 m. Children's playground 30 m. On foot, the beach can be reached via the railway overpass. In summer: Lake Balaton 700 m in Siófok (beach 700 m in Siófok with lawn). Fishing in Siófok 700 m.

Bedroom (16 sqm) with 2 single beds and TV. American kitchen (23 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Wohlfühlurlaub mit super lieber Gastgeberin

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Zum Strand ist es etwas weiter, als wir uns vorgestellt hatten und man von der Karte her annimmt. Aber alles war gut, da die Gastgeberin super herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und lieb ist. Auch die alte Hundedame Bodzy war sweet. Wir haben alle ins Herz geschlossen und kommen gerne wieder.
