"Vine a Heidelberg por la graduación de mi hija y me alojé por 4 dias en el hotel. Desde el primer momento, fui recibida con mucha cordialidad y gentileza. Tuvimos el apoyo de Ivonne, en la recepción, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Al día siguiente, el día de la graduación, no había previsto hacer una reunión para celebrar, pero recibimos la vista de varios amigos y, el hotel, a pesar de que estaba reservada para una fiesta privada, nos permitió quedarnos en la hermosa terraza junto al río para brindar por el logro de mi hija. Nos atendió Anastassia, quien nos sorprendió por hablar perfecto español y nos brindó el mejor el servicio posible. La cena fue increíble. Me sentí como en casa, con confianza y relajada. El hotel me encantó!!"

"This is a family run, first class hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The guest rooms we had were just first rate. A suite is really a suite. You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints.
