La Caletta is a charming, small coastal town on the east coast of Sardinia, located about 50 km south of Olbia and 15 km from Budoni. The town is especially popular for its endlessly long sandy beaches and its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. From the picturesque harbor, the 4 km long main beach stretches all the way to the neighboring village of Santa Lucia. To the north, the idyllic beach of San Giovanni offers another paradise for sun-seekers and swimmers.

In the town itself, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: several pizzerias and restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, and ATMs. The charming medieval town of Posada, with its beautiful old town and the castle ruins of Castello della Fava, is only 5 km away. The larger town of Siniscola, with more shopping options and weekly markets, is just 6 km away.

Olbia’s airport and ferry port are only about a 35-minute drive away — perfect for a convenient arrival.

The accommodation is located in a quiet row-house complex on the outskirts of La Caletta, about 900 to 1,000 meters from the beach — ideal for relaxing vacation days near the sea.

The house is divided into two residential units. You will stay in the main house, which is spread over two floors, featuring a spacious living area with a kitchen and guest WC on the ground floor, and three bedrooms with a bathroom and balconies on the first floor.

The separately located guest apartment has its own entrance and is rented independently.

The main house includes a small courtyard with a seating area and a parking space directly in front of the house.

As a guest, you have exclusive use of:

the front courtyard at the main entrance
the entire ground floor and first floor
one parking space in front of the garage
