    New flooring and updated furnishings perfectly complement the home's elegant coastal decor, providing a soothing setting for family gatherings. The furnished Florida Room is ready to welcome you for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Everyone can spread out for some sun-soaked relaxation in the private backyard.



    Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals that can be enjoyed around the adjacent dining table or on the patio. A bar cart, plush sofas, speakers, and a smart TV set the stage for casual entertainment in the living room.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was essentially as described , except that between booking and my stay, the cable service had been discontinued. Generally, everything worked well, except that at check-in the door code was inoperable. The professional manager, Julie,was immediately responsive, and able to provide access to a key, which I used for the duration of my stay.I felt comfortable, safe, and private here. The Wi-Fi worked, but is a bit dated and could be upgraded, as the firewall settings aggressively prevented access to websites like BestBuy and my health insurance provider.The kitchen was reasonably stocked, and starter supplies were provided, which was greatly appreciated.The pots and pans were a bit tired, but I understand these were to be replaced after my stay.Bottom line,: this is a quiet, safe, comfortable place, and I’d be happy to stay again! The property manager is immediately responsive, professional, and friendly.

No entry

It took us almost 2hrs to gain entry to the house. A vacasa employee arrived and subsequently called maintenance. Both the e-lock snd the lockbox were inoperative. The maint. guy cut the lock box with bolt cutter and then drilled out the box to retrieve the key. Otherwise the house was fine.
