「The suite was not up to par for a Marriott room. Overall it was tired and in need of much love. However, the host was responsive and helpful resolving some issues.We had no heat during the cold snap on two different days and the problem was resolved. One day it was due to an issue with the heat pump in the room. 「Our family had a great stay. The condo was clean and all of the resort amenities were great! It was so nice to be able to go down the elevator and be a few steps from the beach or the pool. It was also nice to have a full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every day. The view from the balcony was amazing. You can see the beach and the inter-coastal.My only critique is that I wish the pillows were firmer. 」
