「Family friendly, clean and helpful staff. I would have rated five stars but one day our room wasn’t cleaned until requested later and there was an alarm clock going off in the room next door that we heard at night. Great views, breakfast was okay, staff was very friendly」

「Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve...
