We absolutely loved this house. It is in such a wonderful location, so many great restaurants in South Palm, many different activities, and such a quick drive to the beach. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this house, especially our nightly bike rides around the neighborhood! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful place to crash on Vacation !

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is extremely clean and very well stocked. It is perfectly located for going to the beach or the inlet. Very easy walk to beach and has beach chairs, coolers, towels,even sunscreen if you forgot it. The owner is easily reachable and extremely helpful.

Spacious property with a great outdoor setting. Pool was a nice feature as well as the covered patio. Very quiet neighborhood with close proxinity to the beach.

Excellent get away- home away from home

My family & I wanted to get away for the holidays after the loss of my mother. To reset and spend quality time together. What a peaceful and beautiful place all the comforts of home. Very clean and relaxing place. A must visit. Very attentive if you need anything. We loved it.?

Great property with great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay with five adults. Great location and very easy to get around. Truly walk or ride bikes to the beach or Phil Foster Park for snorkeling. Ride bikes up to bridge to fish. Publix right across the bridge and some fun restaurants on the island. Very nice pool, four free bikes and all the beach stuff you need. Thanks!

Winter Getaway

Nice property on a quiet street. Short walk to beach. The pool was the best, heated to 85 degrees. Nice walking trails around the area.

Close to the beach

Listing photos are accurate and the home is very close to the beach. Public beach access, but no public parking so we really saw no one on the path each day. The beach was pretty quiet even with the condos and hotels around. There were actually newer bar stools than the photos showed. Large screened in pool area with a big covered porch with plenty of seating. It is an older home that could use some updates but seems typical for Florida. It also could have been cleaner when we checked in, the master shower still had hair in it (I didn't bother contacting the host about it as this seems typical for VRBOs at this point even at this price). There was a smelly decomposed rat under the grill outside that you could smell from the pool area that I tracked down. I contacted the host to let them know I hosed it down a bit. They graciously directed me to a shovel in the garage to put it in the trash myself. The front small bedroom was always hot despite the rest of the house cooling OK, the A/C noise in that room is pretty absurd too. The power blinds in the master bedroom were appreciated. It would be nice if all the windows had such nice blinds. Was cool watching iguanas cross back and forth in the backyard while in the pool too.

Great home away from home

We were so pleased with our stay in Riviera Beach! The home was perfectly located close to beaches, nature trails, and restaurants. Inside, we were welcomed with a nice open layout and a great view of the patio and pool. This home accommodated our family of 6 so well! We spent lots of time in the pool! The kitchen was well-equipped so that we could cook meals almost every night. We loved how the home was decorated, and everything was so clean upon arrival. We also appreciated all the beach towels and gear we could use at the beach or pool. We truly felt at home here! Thank you for providing us a place we could relax, unwind and create wonderful, lasting memories!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect and the set up worked perfect for our group. The pool was amazing to have to come back to after a day at the beach, which was just a 10 minute walk away. The property had soooo many beach amenities we could have packed lighter. The only thing it doesn’t have that we brought was a wagon and with small children and alll the beach stuff it was helpful for the walk. The VERY small issues we had were running out of trash bags and toilet paper, those things I just thought the property would provide, but we made it work! We will definitely be coming back and wished it was bigger so we could bring more to enjoy it!

Fantastic Location + Great Amenities!

This was our first stay in south Florida, and it didn’t disappoint! We loved the location of John’s home - great proximity to so many activities. We liked Ocean Reef Park for the beach, and we spent an entire day at John D McArthur State Beach Park (just 5 minutes away) kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, picnicking, and walking the nature trails. We also went to nearby Phil Foster park for the snorkel trail, which was great! We enjoyed dining on the mainland in the Lake Park area as well as Northwood and downtown West Palm more than the options on the island, but we did check out the live music and fruity drinks at some of the local places within walking/biking distance. Location of the home and access to bikes was great since parking on the south end of the island is super limited if you want to visit the Palm Beach inlet and walk out on the jetty to the easternmost point in FL. The pool, fully stocked kitchen, garage, ample outdoor seating, and automatic blinds were some of our favorite features of the home. Beds were so comfy we got a late start some days! It was too hot in May for us to leave the lanai doors open all day, but the full glass wall was still a nice feature, keeping the house bright and open. We had ample space for our group of 5 friends. I would say our only minor suggestion would be thicker cushions on the outdoor dining chairs because we spent so much time out there gathered around the table! Definitely recommend this place for families or small friend groups. We would book again if we visit West Palm area in the future!

Great vacation on Singer Island!

We were 4 adults and 2 children, who felt completely comfortable from the minute we stepped in!! The open concept and pool enclosure were everything. Two rooms and a bath were perfect, along with the private master.. everything you need is provided. The location was great as well. Visiting area beaches, beautiful! We would love to stay here again..

Holiday Hideaway

The location, the home itself and all of the amenities were top-notch. The proximity to the beach and area restaurants was exceptional. We really enjoyed accessing the beach through Ocean Reef Park. We used the bikes frequently to take excursions near and far. The open floor plan of the home was a huge bonus, allowing our family to live inside and outside simultaneously; we utilized the pool every day! Our family agreed that this would be a repeat destination the next time we travel to Florida! Thank you, John and family!

Great house for family vacation

Three generations of travelers and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Grandparents enjoyed rising early to take a walk through the quiet neighborhood or over to the beach, which was a short walk from the house. Kid enjoyed **hours** in the pool throughout the week, which we were grateful for since the weather was a bit overcast/unpredictable for a few days because of Hurricane Elsa. Loved the layout of the house. House was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week with family. We look forward to visiting again!

Beach and Pool Getaway

We loved this place. So conveniently located for the beach and surrounding towns. Singer Island is a fun and laidback place. The house is a short walk to the beach. It is nicely equipped. We liked the motorized blinds. Very clean. The pool was a joy! Everything worked. 4 bikes! Beach stuff. Towels! Nice TVs and internet. I highly recommend this place. I want to go back soon.

Ideal Vacation Home

We loved this property - it was perfect for our family. Loved having the pool visible from the living space so the kids could play and adults could relax. Everything was just as pictured. Short walk to 2 beach options, short drive to a few more. Would definitely stay again!

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

John’s house was perfect for our family vacation. It had all the kitchen amenities, pool and bikes for the kids to get around on. John is laid back, super helpful and very responsive. The house is close to everything you need and the Publix is only 1.5 miles away. Very relaxing - just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
