Disliked: Communication
The Palm Beach Singer Island Resort and Spa is a lovely property. We’ve stayed here several times and enjoyed our experiences. This time we booked our room through a VRBO site, the communication was not good. The room shows some wear and tear that needs attention. It was very frustrating to pay o er 700/ night and have a refrigerator/freezer that did not work. The food we bought and put in the refrigerator froze. The food we brought for the freezer…we couldn’t pull the freezer drawer open because it was full of frost. The property is great and the staff at the Palm Beach Singer Island Resort and Spa are wonderful. The customer/guest services through VRBO is disappointing.

Winter get away

The only things that were wrong with this stay was the weather ( cloudy, windy and rainy) and the abundance of jelly fish. Everything else was perfect !

Lost In Time

The staff was amazing and the room was super clean. We got the resort fee bundle which was alot of fun for the kids. The restaurant and beach service was great. Having food and drink served to you on the beach is our kind of getaway. We got lost in time in this beach resort and will surely come back again.
