A bit of everything needs improvement. The value that we are getting out for the cost is not on par with similar setup. The breakfast is average and limited, the transport while a RR is old and peeling. The staff feels warm but feels like checking the box. A bit of everything.

The check-in process was protracted and the staff were confused as to how to process the check-in due to a difference between the reservation and hotels system. We had to wait until midnight to be a able to check-in

Just do not rely on their Whatsapp Butler service, better to call with the hotel phone. We inquired about the tour of the Sentosa island provided by the hotel with the hotel car, did not receive response. We scheduled room cleaning at a later hour so we can enjoy the pool without having to come to the door, and the room cleaning staff came around twice. Finally, we asked for baggage pick up for our check out, but the staff responsible were just chilling and we had to bring most of it down the stairs ourselves. Facility is amazing, but for what you are going to pay, I would recommend Capella right next door if you require attentive support or service. Also, my girlfriend took the buggy ride back from the Spa and the driver was crashed and bumped along the way numerous times in a short ride of under 60 meters. It was not the driver’s fault, because the buggy is quite long and the roads are very narrow, additionally a truck was parked in preparation of an event taking place at the premise. It is a fairly new hotel at this time when we stayed for 4 nights, I am sure they need some more time to get used to operations of the hotel. Another thing I did not appreciate is being asked my villa number many times by the same people despite our long and extended stay, when I did not require any service, felt like an intruder. Next time, depending in the price, I will choose Capella, even though their villa pools are smaller, they seemed to be more experienced.

Me encantó el hotel es un hotel que está impecable en muchos sentidos en el servicio del personal y las instalaciones , solo que no te convienen contratarlo por expedía, y yo contrato todo por expedía, eso si fue mala experiencia para mi, por ejemplo en todos los raffles que me quedo los contrato por expedía. En este hotel de raffles Sentosa hay muchas cosas que por ser de expedía no te dan como el servicio del mini bar las aguas y refrescos son gratis a diario en esta cadena de hoteles y en este caso te lo mencionan y de lo ponen en un papel dentro del cuarto que son grantis, pero con expedía es este hotel no lo tienes, no te pueden hacer un paquete de desayunos por que los contrataste con expedía.
