良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
全てにおいて快適です。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで親切です。 ただ楽しみにしていたサウナが壊れていて何度か直してくれる様頼んだのですが、結局滞在中に直らなかったのが残念です。 キッチンが付いているので外食に飽きたら料理が出来るし、買い物もホテル下にスーパーや、レストランが併設されていて便利だし、移動もホテルの無料定期循環バスや目の前から出ているバスを使えばどこにでもストレスなく行けます。しかもバス料金が安い、ほとんどどこにでも約1SGドルで行けます。 いつもgrabを使うのですがまったく使わなくて済みました。 朝食が付いているのも良かったです。

立地以外は最高のホテル
常にタクシーを使いました。家族５人で利用し子供と高齢者を考えての移動手段です。初乗り料金が安いため10-20SGD必要でした。難点はあまりドライバーに言っても知られていない事ぐらいでしょうか。 食事も美味しいし部屋もきれいで使いやすい。

家族連れに便利なホテル
7歳、5歳、1歳の子連れで3日間宿泊しました。 （良かった点）部屋が広くて清潔/無料wifi/スタッフが親切/朝食バイキングは十分な種類があり、味も美味しい/無料のミネラルウォーターを毎日補充してくれる （良くなかった点）立地がやや不便。ただしどこへ行くにもタクシー使ったので特に問題はなかった。 全体としてはコストパフォーマンスが非常に高く、シンガポールにまた行く機会があれば宿泊したい。

お部屋も広くて清潔でした。 日本でも今回支払った料金でこの部屋のレベルのお部屋はないと思います。 朝食がついていることが子供連れの私たちには助かりました。また、日本米が食べれたのが子供には 良かったようです。

客室がきれいで広く快適なホテル
スタッフも卒なく丁寧で親切。空港滞在時間を早めてホテルに迎ったところ、アーリーチェックインの予約をしていなかったにも関わらず、20分後にチェックインさせていただけました。部屋もキレイで快適でしたが、洗面所の水道の1箇所が水漏れ。フロントに話そうか迷いましたが、部屋替えやら何やら相談されても…と思い、そこは使用せずに宿泊。なので設備評価が3で。それ以外は朝食も美味しく、素敵なホテルでした☆

スタッフ対応いい
家族、赤ちゃん連れで10泊しました。総合的には花丸です。また泊まりたいです。独立したキッチンとリビングで食事も問題なく作れました。朝食も日替わりで美味しいです。最初は2bd泊まりこっちのが良かった！3BDに後半移ったのですが、ちょっと部屋に難あり、だったのですが、問題点を言うと、空いてる部屋に移動させてくれました。スタッフの対応もいいです。その後、お風呂が水…というアクシデントもありましたが最終的に誠意ある対応で、本当に満足です。マイナス１はアクシデントあったことだけ。スーパーも近く、観光スポット、ビジネスエリアへのバスも出ており、アクセスも不自由なしです。長期滞在には安心です。

家族で5日間過ごしました。 スタッフは皆親切で子供達にも温かく接してくれました。 欧米人の方が多い印象で日本語は通じませんが、フロントの方は簡単な英語やiphoneで通訳しながら話してくれました。 街の中心地からは少し離れますが、レストランやスーパーが近所にあり便利です。 オーチャードまでは1時間に1本無料シャトルバスが出ているので利用しました。 タクシーがリーズナブルなのでどこへ行くにもタクシーを使ってました。

気持ちよく泊まりました
フロントの人がとても親切で、助かりました。英語もあまり話せないのですが、日本語しゃべれる人に電話をしてくれ（ホテル関係の人？）通訳付きで、会話もスムーズにすすみよかったです。水やコーヒーなど毎日補充してもらえ、ホテルもきれいで、色々ついており（お皿、コンロなどなど）、気持ちよく泊まれました。まあ難点というとやはり駅や繁華街から少し遠いところですかね（１０時からは一時間に一本ホテルバスがあるので、これをうまく使うとそんなに気にならないと思います）

長期滞在にお勧めです
夫婦＋小学生２名で５泊しました。 子どもは夏休みの宿題持参で行ったのですが、丸テーブル、デスク、広いダイニングテーブルがあったので、二人が一度に宿題をしても場所に困ることはありませんでした。 洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋の中にあるので、時間を気にせず利用ができて大変助かりました。ちなみに洗剤も置いてあり、足りなくなったらすぐに持ってきてくれますが、柔軟剤はなかったので、うちは持参した柔軟剤入りの液体洗剤を使いました。 ハウスキーピングは毎日来てくれて、無料のミネラルウォーターも毎日追加してくれました。 朝食は平日なら６時半から、土日は７時半からフロント横のレストランで食べられました。 ５回利用しましたが、毎回少しずつメニューが違っていて、飽きることなくいただけました。

フロントは広くありませんが落ち着いた雰囲気に、スマートで親切なスタッフの対応が第一印象でした。お部屋も何の不満もなく快適でした。チェックイン時、子供達にはたくさんのギフトをそれぞれにいただきました。旅行中は残念な天候でしたが、施設内にプレイルームがあり、子供達は楽しくて何度も通いました。

暮らしているように過ごせました！
3ベッドルームに一週間滞在しました。小中学生各一人含む6名でしたが、部屋は清潔で広々としており、快適な空間でした。 マスターベッドルームとシャワールームは余裕の広さでしたが（浴槽もあり）、サブはシャワースペースが狭かったです。とはいえ、実用には充分です。 朝食ブッフェも日替わりで楽しめました。スタンダードな洋食に加えて、和食テイストなもの、マレー料理やおかゆ類まで並び、チーズは自分でカットできるところなど、とても良かったです。 大きいスペースではありませんが、スタッフが気持ちよく対応してくれ、半オープンな感じでリラックスできる印象です。美味しかったですよ。 ホテルはショップとつながっており、エントランスを出ると同じ建物内の一階にコールドストレージが入っていますので、便利です。また、ケンタッキー、スタバ、ピザやさん、ワインやさん、アイスやさんなどもあります。 また、徒歩で数分のところにチキンライスで有名な文東記があります。ここは必食！！この周辺はみな飲食店ですが、非常ににぎわっていました。 ただ、駅が遠いので電車で動きたい方は大変だと思います。 我々はホテルのシャトルバスと目の前にあるバス停を使って移動していました。シャトルバスは1時間に１本なのでご注意ください。 シンガポールのバスは最初は分からなかったですが、乗れるようになれれば便利です。

Premier Apartment, 2 Bedroomsを予約していましたがアップグレードで3　Bedroomsになりました。ラッキー。部屋はいわゆるマンションタイプの部屋でキッチン、リビングがあり独立した3寝室がありました。4日間の滞在でしたが洗濯機が備えつかられていたのはとても便利でした。部屋自体は清潔感があり、とても良かったです。最寄駅からは遠いので交通の便はあまり良くありませんが主要所向けにはシャトルバスが出ているのでそれを利用するとそこまで不便には感じませんでした。タクシーもスタッフにお願いすれば直ぐに呼んでくれます。ビジネス、観光共に利用できると思います。

２ベッドでキングとシングル×２のタイプを予約していたが、通された部屋はシングルではなくダブルベッドであったため、すぐにフロントに連絡し変更してもらった。対応は良かったが、もし空いていなかったら、滞在は不快なものとなっていたので、エクスペディアからの予約情報をしっかりと認識して欲しいと感じた。 ビュッフェの朝食はコーヒーメーカーがしょっちゅう壊れるので、コーヒー好きにとっては不快であった。但し、部屋にネスプレッソが只で飲めることもあるため、その辺は納得した。

2ベッドルームに宿泊。不明点などの対応も迅速。レセプションの応対も丁寧。5人目の簡易ベッドも、あらかじめ用意してくれていました。部屋は清潔で、5人で宿泊しても、窮屈には感じませんでした。キッチンが充実しており、長期滞在の際には重宝するでしょう。 電子レンジが、オーブン兼の独特のもので、わかりにくかった。乾燥機は、アメリカ系の強烈なもので、縮みます。洗濯洗剤も、もってきてくれます。日曜は、ハウスキーピングがありません。 家族で、宿泊するにはこれ以上の場所はないと思います。

We’re familiar with Singapore so an aparthotel slightly off the main drag worked for us. Easy to walk to the subway or bus stop, plus Fraser Suites offers a shuttle service. Efficient well-stocked kitchen for meals in. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Separate desk from the kitchen table kept work stuff away from food prep. Tub and shower, plenty of bathroom space to share. Quiet. Loved the walk along Alexandra Canal to Clarke Quay. Saw otters in the canal!

Came in as a family of four. The 2 bedroom Suite was ideal for us in size and cleanliness. Shopping amenities were close by (Great World 10mins walk. Small grocery store and eatery in front building foyer directly below). Nice Hawker stall (Zion Riverside 10mins walk) also close by. Very central to Orchard (only one MRT stop away from closest MRT station to Fraser which is Great World). Outstanding service from all at Fraser Suites (special shout out for Balakrishnan). Not the cheapest nor the most expensive, good value for money. Would definitely recommend and reconsider on future returns to SG.

Great location, easy walk to Great World MRT, many bus stops close to location. Rooms are clean and well serviced, staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and daily buffet breakfast that came with our stay.

It’s old but very well maintained. It’s not close to MRT but very walkable and with a supermarket and Starbucks downstairs. Great World, a larger mall is only 10-min walking distance. You can walk to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay in 30 to 40 min.

Really amazing place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out was really easy. Lots of amenities like toiletries, dressing gowns, reusable shopping bags etc. Rooms are stocked with everything you will need. Breakfast is good. They also provide lunch but we didn’t try it. Free shuttle to local places is good too! Pool, sauna, massage chairs are all lovely. Only thing is surfaces are a little dusty in the bedrooms- would be nice if they wiped them down when cleaning the rooms daily. Other than that, no complaints!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Clean apartments stocked up with everything you will need including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, washing up soap, laundry detergent, iron, tea and coffee etc. They even provide reusable shopping bags. The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are throughly cleaned every day. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with local grocery shop, bakery, cafe, vet and ATM. Parking is available for free. The pool, gym and sauna are really nice too and easy to access. No complaints, would highly recommend!

Nice property
This is my third time at this property. The location is great, the unit spacious, and although dated is well-appointed. Staff training seems inconsistent, as some are quite warm, while others are civil yet unpleasant.

Everything else was good but they refused to allow our teen age daughter to stay quoting 1 bedroom suite is for 2 adults only. Quite disappointed with that. As long as we are not asking for extra bed or even taking advantage of breakfast, a family should be able to stay together.

Great apartments in a relatively central location. Very easy to catch taxis or to walk to the MRT, which is located at a shopping centre. The amenities are very well looked after. The pool is large and very clean, and there is plenty of space and seating around it to relax and read a book. Towels are supplied at the pool. Our package also included breakfast, which had a good selection including cereal, fruit, toast, pastries and hot food. Check- in and check- out we're very easy. As we have two teenagers and the second bedroom only had one queen bed, the staff offered us a roll- away bed during check-in which my son found very comfortable and which also made the stay very enjoyable for our kids. The staff very very friendly and helpful through the stay. Overall i was very happy with the accommodations and would definitely choose Fraser suites again.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Excellent location. Our stay included a full buffet breakfast which offered a full range of options both hot and cold. Fresh towels are supplied daily and upon request. Rooms are serviced daily by friendly staff. Highly recommend this property for families.
