The toilets are filthy They don’t change bedding for new guests and many that stay there are workers who are unclean and smell. We had to leave because it smelled so bad

We have some experience with hostels and we have set expectations (as a family) but Campbell Inn surprised us a bit. Location was great, price is very good based on all overpriced places in Singapore. However lower price in this case case comes with extras... It didn't take us a long time to notice mice and cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen. Then some crawled over me in bed too. The place is infested full stop. Sorry but I cannot recommend this place unless you are ready for these extras. Definitely not for families.

!!!BEDBUGS!!!
THE BEDS ARE FULL OF BEDBUGS!! They also won’t refund when you leave because of that. They will only offer to change room because “the bedbugs situation have been regulated” but clearly it has not been. Also, this place looks like a refugee camp, there are people sleeping on mattresses on the floor right in the middle of the dorm. The showers are incredibly dirty and the doors won’t lock. Avoid this place at all cost!

The other guests talked and had loud phone volume all night except from 11:30pm until 4:30am. Only a 5 hour window to sleep properly.

For long term stay, maybe there’s much better choice out there. It feels almost like a refugee camp. My friends were mortified by their non-existent housekeeping. The room smells horrible sometimes

Place is too crowded and also not well maintained. Too many people are packed at one place and hygiene levels were too loo. Also, washroom and rest rooms are too small.

They cancelled our booking without letting us know before the day of arriving. When we arrived they did not take card so told us to take out money in cash, we went to the nearest ATM and when we came back they told us that our booking was cancelled and they did not have room for us.

Works experience do not book this hotel they didn't allow me in and they let a letter to go to another place, i ended up having to book last min somewhere else

Okay for the price
Very good customer service, polite workers. Every day full cleaning of shared areas, except dirty under beds. Rooms too full of beds, and air con only works two hours on two hours off (except nighttime) in some rooms. For the price you get what you pay. Breakfast includes bread with jam and butter, coffee, tea and oats which you can make porridge in microwave.
