Receptionist ( old aunty ) keep talking to her friend and ignore us when we checking in. Bed sheet and pillow case have cigarette smell , only 3 parking lot there and was away full. Overall experience still ok despite the above mentioned bad experience.

Il y a de l eau. Le frigo est vide. Manque de.prise. pas besoin d adaptateur pour le branchement. Notre douche etait un peu bouchée. Il y a un seche cheveux. Tres bonne literie. Dans l ensemble propre. Mais il faudrait faire le changement des serviettes de toilettes. Un ptit rafraîchissement. Lit effectivement pour 2 personnes très très grand formidable.

Acceptable budget hotel

Very comfortable bed and great AC. Located very near a good-sized grocery store and lots of cheap Asian eateries. MRT station is just a short walk away. Other guests were very noisy making it hard to sleep in. Hotel is very basic but this is reflected in the price. Could not arrange a car to pick us up at airport. Shower water started hot, but quickly cooled off. Decent stay for the money. Would recommend to any budget conscious traveler, especially for the services in the adjacent neighborhood.

Cheap price for Singapore. Can walk to Aljunied Mrt (600m) and bus stops (400m). From Changi Mrt to Aljunied Mrt $1.64, change at Tanah Merah station. You can use your MasterCard or visa to tap on and off mrts and buses in Singapore. Download the SimplyGo app, add your cards and it can notify you how much your trips costs. Just make sure your bank doesn’t charge you any foreign transaction fees. Check in was efficient and friendly. $10sgd deposit. Refunded on checkout. Free wifi, works great. Room has bath towels, 2 in 1 hair and body shampoo bottles, Toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, hairdryer. Shower only. Supplies are replenished when you ask for housekeeping through reception. Housekeeping is by request. Mini fridge, sealed cups of drinking water, coffee, kettle and cups. Don’t forget to flick the switch outside the bathroom to activate hot water. Beds very comfortable. Cupboard, desk, bedside table, chairs, tv. Blackout curtains. Aircon works well. Our room on the 4th floor was fairly quiet. Sims vista market & food centre is walking distance (700m). Lots of food around. Also lots of food around Aljunied mrt.

the location of the building is way off main street; have to walk out about 3 min to get a taxi; no parking spot to unload or load your baggages

The hotel is in good shape, needs some fixes here and there, but overall it was great for my very long stay. Although they don’t clean under the bed nor have hand towels and the drain stinks sometimes. You must notify the reception for cleaning, which is good so no one comes knocking on your door uninvited. The lamps and switches were kinda weird but you get used to turning them on. They don’t have a proper lounge for you to wait to check-in or wait for a taxi, but when I arrived early they let me sit in a separate place and wait, I’m very grateful.
