I had a pleasant stay at Amrise Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a good choice for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the room size is a bit compact, it’s expected for the price and still provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially for travelers looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Okay room if you’re not the fussy type

The hotel was in a good location and a good size. The actual rooms were a bit tired and dirty but the cleaning staff were lovely and overall suited our needs. Clean towels, bottled water and tea/coffee refreshed daily.

The reception staff are very attentive all the time and the room and bathroom are very impressive they changed the towels and other toiletries at the request and they have good housekeeping. We travelled from the UK and room 509 is a very quiet window room

The hotel is good for a short stay, the rooms are quite small and we had an issue with the bathroom, the water was overflowing everywhere because the shower area isn’t limited from the rest of the bathroom. Overall is a nice and clean place, and 10 min walk from the nearest train station which is very convenient, loads of restaurants and food places around open overnight.

1. Hotel located a fifteen minutes waking distance with a shopping centre. 👍 2. Ventilation and air conditioner is not good enough for Singapore climate, seemingly non built in ventilation inside washroom, sanitary is not good conditions. Notably, the bath tub is facing a crystal clear transparency window, definitely privacy lost due to a building is located opposite. But you can admire the local residents are cooking, doing yoga to explore this country truly. 👌 3. Luggages are allowed storage in front desk without any administrative procedures or tagged.👌 4. Telly is not well received the tv signal networks.😴 5. Clear, tidy, bedsheets are replaced regularly 👍

For a 3 star hotel the staff are so kind and accommodating. The cafe serves a good quick convenient lunch, overall the hotel is above the 3 star rating in my opinion for service and facilities. The room furniture can be wiped down better, it’s dusty, carpets and air conditioning can be better cleaned, as I am asthmatic, I had a slight attack which means it’s dusty, but for usual people, it seem ok.

Great budget hotel

Helpful staff at the front desk, reasonable quality, clean, rooms, aircon, a fridge and a convenient location - this hotel is great! You should be aware that the rooms are not the biggest however. My only slight qualm is that the 'do not disturb' signal they provide was ignored, interrupting much needed rest one day. Other than that the place is great though, with daily cleaning, and a refreshment of bottled water.

Fault that can be remedied with this property was black mould in the bathroom which stand out against the white tiles. And ramp for customers being dropped off on the back street as the hotel is on the corner of two very busy streets, and the taxi had to drop us behind the hotel on a quieter street, but getting luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, trash under the bed, ants in the shower, the beds were hard and had a concrete wall as our view. Wasn’t worth what we paid per night, Won’t be staying there again!
