交通の便がとても良かったです。MRTも近く、バスも簡単に乗ることができて良かったです。早朝に着く便だったので、アーリーチェックインが出来るか確認したら快く対応してくれました。少しお値段は高かったですが… また機会がありましたら宿泊させていただきます。

ベンクーレンの駅から近く市内観光にアクセス抜群でした。ホテルの外装、内装共にシンプルかつ清潔ですし、近くにコンビニと両替所があり便利です。美味しいタピオカミルクティーが買えるお店も隣にありました。ホテルで食事ができるともっと良いと思いますが、ホテルステイを楽しむというよりも、寝に帰るだけのお宿として活用したので十分満足できました。

部屋は清潔で広さも十分でした。周辺環境もとても便利で不自由ありませんでした。プールの傍にジャグジーがありましたが温度が低く、ホットバスにして欲しいかったです。コスパも良くまた利用したいと思います。

私が最も感激したのは、私のホテル到着が早かったにもかかわらずすぐにチェックインを行ってくれたことです。部屋で一休みした後に身軽な装備でランチや観光に出かけられたので、私は大変助けられました。鉄道の駅やバス停留所がホテルととても近い距離にあり、ランチに行ったチャイナタウンや、ランニングをしに向かったシンガポール植物園にも迷わず鉄道で到着することができました。部屋の内装はシックで、窓際に据え付けてあるデスクが寛人としているのも気に入りました。ベッドの寝心地もも自分にはフィットしているように感じました。部屋のテレビに日本語のチャンネルがあったり、クローゼットのハンガーが5～6個あったりするのも、ちょっとした事ですが嬉しいものです。残念だったのは、部屋のシャワーを浴びるとトイレ側に水しぶきがけっこう飛び散り、バスマットが濡れてしまうほどだったことと、強いて挙げればスポーツジムのテレビが故障して観ながら運動することができなかったことでしょうか。さらにホテル1階のレストランが営業できていないようだったのが私は惜しいと感じました。滞在日数がさほど長くなかったので私は利用できませんでしたがプールやジャグジーにも入ってみたかったし、このホテルにはランドリールームがあったので長期滞在の際も洗濯のストレスなく過ごせそうでした。次回はもう少し長く滞在したい、と思えるようなホテルでした。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。 It was a hotel that made me want to stay a little longer next time. 最寄りのベンクーレン駅のA出口から30秒位です。駅出口まではエレベーターとエスカレーターがあるのでスーツケースでも問題ありません。さらにホテルまでの歩道には屋根があるので濡れません。

ビジネスや観光に便利で清潔なホテル

至近に２つの地下鉄駅があって移動に大変便利です。アメニティは必要最低限で、スリッパはありませんでした。部屋は広く、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。夜行便での出発だったので、チェックアウト後にプールサイドのシャワーを利用しましたが、共用トイレと同じスペースで着替えるスペースやロッカーが無く若干不便でした。

接客はフレンドリーでとても良かったです。部屋もきれいでした。ドライアーが壊れていたのが残念でしたが、フロントに伝えたらすぐにかえてもらえました。深夜フライトのため荷物を預けたいと伝えたら、快く引き受けてくれました。駅からも近く、マーライオンまでも歩いて20分から30分なので観光のための立地としても文句なしです。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

皆さんが多く書かれていましたが、シャワーの扉がなく、気にしていないと隣の洗面所の床が浸水します。シャワーの水圧が低いので、暑いシンガポールでさっぱりシャワーが浴びたかったです。それ以外は近くにコンビニや地下鉄の駅があり、とても快適でした。

フロントの前に、いつでも飲める冷たい水が置いてあったので、暑いシンガポールの街歩きをするのに、すごく助かった。

部屋が広くてスタッフも親切で、対応もよかった。プールのジャグジーが冷たく良くなかった。駅近く便利でした。

MRT駅近くで便利です。室内も新しくキレイでした。交通や宿泊客の騒音もなく静かです。朝食の種類はヤヤ少ないですが値段なりで味は良い。

シンプルで便利なホテル

地下鉄ベンクーレンの横で移動するのに大変便利です。周りも落ち着いてて清潔な感じです。食事するところもいろいろ揃ってて、ゆっくり滞在するには良いところでした。

二泊滞在で、ベッドメイキングが入っていなくて、とても残念でした。フロントに電話してタオルだけ持ってきてもらいました。

2駅使えてアクセス良し、バス停もすぐ側にあり様々な観光地に行きやすいです。スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、搭乗券の印刷や子供のおもちゃを電池交換していただきました。
