In fact, all of his colleagues, regardless of their position, were eager to help with a friendly smile. Like a legion of happy efficient helpers, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen this level of meticulous service. There is no other place to stay in Istanbul, regardless of how big or small in your budget is! 」

"We stayed at Union Hotel Port for two nights during our honeymoon trip to Istanbul.
The interior of the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
We were aware in advance that our room was on the 5th floor of an annex building without an elevator, so it was not a major issue for us.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the bus stop and metro station for airport access, the tram and ferry stations are right in front of the hotel, which made transportation quite convenient.
The staff were very friendly, and we appreciated the generous supply of bottled water.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again in the future."
