It’s a wow! As you open the front door, you are met with a wall of glass looking out at the turquoise blue waters. The distinctive aqua colored kitchen is well laid out and fully stocked for your bbq or meal prep. It is also a favorite with private chefs and foodies alike. The living and dining area is decorated with a Caribbean contemporary flair and opens onto the poolside terrace. Relax by the pool with a cocktail or take in the incredible sunsets under a shaded terrace.

There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total: three bedrooms on the main level, 4th bedroom upstairs with incredible views and outdoor shower. The 5th bedroom is in a self-contained studio unit with full bath and kitchenette only a few steps from main villa.

The villa is only three miles from Princess Juliana International Airport and situated in the exclusive area of Pelican Key in Sint Maarten. The property is less than a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach or relax in the private pool with spectacular views of the ocean.
Pelican Key one of the most beautifully developed residential and resort areas on the island, with the advantage of close proximity to Simpson Bay, with its large choice of restaurants, shops, boutiques, casinos and entertainment and beautiful beaches.

**Please note that this property is situated in a quiet residential area and as such, we ask that the guests adhere at all time to the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the area

Important Information Before Booking

Blue Opal Villa is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. To preserve the relaxing atmosphere for our guests and neighbors, parties, large gatherings, smoking, and excessive noise are not permitted.

As with other Caribbean island destinations, occasional interruptions to electricity or water service may occur. The villa is equipped with a generator to help during power disruptions.

During hurricane season, guests should consider travel insurance. For everyone’s safety, evacuation will be required if a hurricane threatens the island.

Christmas and New Year’s reservations require a minimum 10-night stay. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, as additional guest charges may apply.

The villa is within walking distance of Chabad, casino etc (some hills).

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ELECTRICITY/WATER Whole Villa generator. Please be advised that, due to our island location, there may be occasional interruptions to water and electricity services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as these are out of our control .
