"No sabían de la reservacion. El hotel está muy desatendido, no pudimos alojarnos porque las cabañas están del otro lado del río y no hay puente, solo un lanchero que contratan a veces para llevar a las personas y dejarlas de aquel lado... rogándole a Dios que el lanchero regrese por ellos. "Malisima atencion por parte de la propietaria, nos cancelo la reservación sin avisarnos, a mi y a otros clientes mas el mero dia del evento para poder dar las suites por airbnb, que poca formalidad del establecimiento no lo recomiendo."
