Studio apartment on Avenida Marginal, right on the waterfront, with a parking space

  • Fantastic 40 m² studio apartment, located on the main avenue in Armação de Pêra, overlooking one of the best beaches.

The Marginal Avenue, which is now pedestrian-only, is bustling with great outdoor cafés where you can enjoy the magnificent Algarve climate.

This very spacious studio can accommodate 2 people and features a fully equipped bathroom, a kitchen with all appliances, and a balcony overlooking the beach—ideal for a romantic dinner with a view of the sea.

Near the apartment, you’ll find a supermarket, a Wi-Fi zone, a tourist information office, restaurants, a playground, and several local shops.

The building has an elevator and good accessibility for people with limited mobility, as well as a parking space in the garage.

Armação de Pêra Beach has a long stretch of fine, white sand. It’s ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries or having a great time at the bars scattered throughout the town.

This location offers several golf courses, water parks, and opportunities to practice various sports. Silves Castle is just 20 km away.

Portugal June 2023

We really enjoyed our time here, the location was great. Lots of restaurants and shops along the avenue. Beach was also great, beautiful sun and sand. Very easy access. We did not use parking garage, but we were able to find parking on the street.

Tudo limpo e a funcionar bem.

Lovely stay with beautiful, impressiv sew viewing

Dear all, We have had a wonderful time in this Apartment. It´s a perfect abode for a couple. Everything you need existing. The equipment of the kitchen is a bit scarce, but enough for preparing simple meals. It was very beneficial that there is a parking place. We felt very comfortable because everything was clean and because of the nice looking and elegant interior furnishing. It would be nice if owner provides some DVD´s, because there is a DCD-player, but no DVD´s. It´s not a must have, but only a suggestion.  This apartment is really recommendable for a couple. Enjoy our holidays BR L. Huebner

Tosper, Italia, Agosto 2014

The flat is simple but clean, fully equipped and in front of seaside. There's a mini terrace to get break-fast in fornt of sea. It's a little noisy at dinner time because of pedestrian area downstairs, but it's lovely with sea view and fresh breeze. Pedro is gentle and even if he doesn't speak English, his Spanish-Portughese is easy to understand.
