"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Novotel Milton Keynes. The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and all the amenities we needed, including a kettle, tea and coffee facilities, and an ironing board. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub was especially appreciated after a long journey.
We also really appreciated the free, secure parking, which gave us peace of mind. It allowed us to explore the city in the evenings and return safely at night. The intercom system at the entrance was efficient, and the staff were always quick to let us in, making us feel safe and well looked after.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra night because my daughter wanted more time to relax. She loved swimming in the pool, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We didn’t get the chance to try dinner this time, but we’ll definitely do that on our next visit.
