「We had a great time. The house is clean and well equipped. The backyard is very nice, with a gas grill and a fire pit. The area is fully fenced and is enough for some dog zoomies. The only complaint is that the fireplace doesn't work, otherwise - perfect.」

「The house is between downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach. It was easy to find and we were grateful it isn't right on a busy highway. The house was perfect for a family of six. We had plenty of room to cook, spread out to relax and the dining table was nice. I wasn't able to locate a notebook containing recommendations for eating out, coffee shops, etc. which would have helped. When I had to reach out to the owner, he was quick in responding. Overall, I would stay here again.」

- Cleanliness was superior
-Provided soaps, laundry and dish detergents, coffee filters, (and coffee/tea in case you also forgot that!) and any random thing you can think of that you probably forgot- it was there
- Beds super comfy
-Kid friendly (nothing dangerous, sharp corners or fragile)
- Neighborhood had lots of kids and it’s walking distance to a really great restaurant on the corner

「We had a wonderful stay!! The house was comfortable, clean, and very spacious for our family. We loved the pool and hot tub, which made our vacation even more fun.
