「Definitely will stay again. Basic cabin but great location」

「When you rent a tent site, your neighbors are visible and audible. When you rent the Ava Jade yurt, you are completely secluded in the woods. The woodstove heated the yurt rapidly so we were comfortably warm our entire stay. The yurt was well appointed and we had everything we needed including games! I would love to return.」

「What a wonderful, private scenic spot! It was a great way to unplug, relax and enjoy the nature around you. With that said, you are 15 mins away from Fryeburg where you can grab a great cup of coffee at Fair Grounds to fuel you up while you drive through the White Mountains.」

「Nice little river spot to cool off nearby. The yurt was comfortable. You have to haul off your own trash so plan ahead.」

「The place was quiet and relaxing. Our old girl Kenna had the geriatric zoomies. 」

「The Lumen Nature Retreat was a fantastic choice for a first time camper, like myself. The campsite was a perfect retreat at the end of a day of hiking, and provided the comforts of a beautifully maintained bathroom/shower that was a quick walk from my site. The safari tent was a great choice too, with plenty of space to get settled with a nice comfy bed to rest at the end of a long day. The fire pit was also a great way to warm up on a nice crisp fall day too. Also, communication with with staff...

「Well laid out... Relaxing, clean, pet friendly... Not a major issue, kind of close to the highway; if you're a light sleeper, might be discouraging (ear plugs are available)」
