"House keeping staff was horrible. Banging in the door three hours prior to check out time, asking when I was leaving so she could start cleaning."

"When we checked in Friday, that was the only time the pool had towels. This definitely needs to be better maintained. The elevators need to be inspected - flicker lights constantly in one, and we got stuck in the other one for 30 seconds at one point. We did not request a handicap suite, but got one, which is fine. The room was clean and spacious. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up within 5 minutes. The breakfast spread was good, nice variety. HUGE ISSUE, and the reason this review is not a 4 or 5 star: I put the sign on the door for housekeeping to stay out, and they came into our room anyways. Coming back into the room to realize that we’re in there was a huge invasion of privacy, and had me on edge the rest of the trip. I had to search all of our items. If the sign is on the door, housekeeping does not go inside! I complained at checkout and was told I would be contacted, and was not. Very disappointed. "

"Room is a bit run down 👎 walls, doors, AC unit dirty on its sides. TV wasn't working and one pillow had a sour smell. After all that we felt safe. "

"It was supposed to be 100% non smoking , which it wasnt. Everytime we came back to our room, it smelled as if ssomeone was in our room smoking weed. Got locked out of our room for 2 1/2 hours. They could ev3n get the mastwr key to unlock our door. Had to call the maintenance man backnin another 45 min wait. Just was not with this hotel."
