Wapiti Cabin - a Wolf Crossing Cabin next to Yellowstone

"Initially, we had difficulty finding the cabin. There were two buildings that comprised of four cabins. Wapiti was the back part of the cabin on the far side of of the two buildings on the right side of the driveway. The door is actually on the right side of the second building. Excellent accommodations inside the cabin, well stocked full kitchen with a washer and dryer including detergent. Excellent WiFi. The pictures of the beds are misleading. They appear to be uncomfortable in the pictures. This is misleading. They are extremely comfortable. We saw wildlife including a silver fox (very rare) and a deer in the driveway. Owner provided bear spray which is recommended to be carried at all times in the area. We did not see bears fortunately. There was a female moose and calf in town. Lovely little town. Excellent food at the local lodge. Located very close to the eastern edge of Yellowstone National Park."

"Stunning! So clean & perfect. It waa close to all Silvergate has to offer. It's in the woods, so appreciate the quiet, because it's why we come here. No cellphone service which is also a plus. Kitchen is amazing & the beds...genius & quite comfy."

Lamar Valley Mountain Cabin

"Location was perfect for Lamar Valley exploration. Lots of extras in the cabin for our use. Host was extremely efficient at responding to needs. Difficulty finding the cabin since there is no cell service but eventually we did. Loved the gas logs and back deck. Plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms on 3 floors. I would recommend without hesitation."

"Given the specifics of the house I knew I was in for a great experience but it was far beyond my expectations. The seclusion and privacy that accompanied the house was amazing. We only had to walk outside and were able to hike not only the short trek to Bridal Falls but also could head west and soon be on the Bannock ski trail that took us right in to Yellowstone.We could walk up the road to to enjoy the delicious ice cream at Stop the Car Trading PostThe house was meticulously clean and full of personal mementoes that made it feel so cozyMendy was always just a text away for me with any last minute questionsNothing like a cup of coffee on the balcony while the mule deer grazed in the yard!"

Pilot Peak Cabin

"The price may seem a bit high for some but the location and comfort of this cabin made our first trip to Yellowstone all the more wonderful. The cabin’s proximity to the Lamar Valley was unexpectedly perfect! Each morning and evening we would drive through this gorgeous valley to and from the cabin. The wildlife we saw was so great that our trip back and forth became our favorite part of the day. The cabin was warm, clean and easy to find. Jason answered all of my questions and was an excellent host. The cabin is roomy and had most things we needed and the star-gazing is unmatched! This is worth a stay and I highly recommend. If I ever return to Yellowstone the Pilot Peak Cabin will be my first choice!"

Yellowstone Park - 1/2 Mile-Silver Gate

"This cabin is wonderfully close to the Northeast Entrance to Yellowstone which makes it so quick to get to the Northern part of the park. The cabin is charming, delightful and has a very vintage feeling and look. I loved the log walls and the artwork on the walls. The host, Marcia is very quick to respond and provided answers to all questions I had almost immediately. She is an established author and gifted us with one of her books on Yellowstone, which was very appreciated. There is a resident caretaker if the host isn't there to assist with anything you may need. They live on site in a separate house, but you would never know anyone was there until you need something and service is immediate. We enjoyed the house and our stay very much and would indeed return to this cabin in the future. If there is one recommendation I would make it would be to update the listing on the VRBO website. As it reads now, it states 1 car garage is available, but the host does keep a car in there, so it really wasn't available for us to use, It was one of the reasons we did select this cabin as we do prefer to keep our rental cars in garages. However, it is only a suggestion to update the listing to account for lack of a garage. It didn't deter from the home nor would it impact any future bookings, it's a wonderful home in a great location. Thank you Marcia for everything."
