"With knee-high weeds and the overgrown lawn mower parked under a tree, this property hasn't seen any groundskeeping in a very long time. The window in our room was very dirty wouldn't open."

"My family enjoyed our spring break stay and this cabin provided everything we needed. The host was responsive and the check-in/out process was clear and straight forward for the most part, if a bit overly involved. There were things that needed figuring out along the way: operating the shower was unintuitive, making sense of the light switches and fan controls, only a few window screens if you like open windows, doors that don't quite latch all the way, extra pet fees, outdated instructions, etc. Those quirks aside, the place was spacious and charmingly cute (wagon wheel window in the bathroom). The fenced in yard gave us peace of mind letting our dog explore. Lots of deck and patio spaces to read and enjoy the outside. The entryway has a nicely portioned vestibule for leaving shoes, coats, and leashes with a dutch door separating the main floor area. Wifi worked well, and we had no problems using the entertainment system. It's closer to 30 minutes from Glenwood Springs than 20, but there are a couple closer towns (Silt, and New Castle) if you need something in a pinch. Overall, we loved it and would gladly recommend it and stay here again in the future!"

"We had a mixed experience with this stay. On the positive side, the property was easy to find, had plenty of space for our group, and our four dogs were very comfortable there. The host was very friendly and inviting, and the home offered so many amenities, which we really appreciated.However, there were some significant concerns. The listing indicated the home was handicap accessible, but unfortunately, it was not. There were multiple stairs, and the handrails felt unstable, making it very difficult—and at times unsafe—for my dad to get in and out of the house. Because of this, he was mostly confined indoors during our stay.We were also unable to use the hot tub due to a large number of bees in the area, which was disappointing.Overall, while the space itself worked well for our group size, pets, and amenities, I would strongly recommend that the accessibility information be updated so future guests can plan accordingly."

"My husband and I stayed at La Quinta for 4 nights while visiting our family in town. The hotel staff was very welcoming when we arrived and had upgraded our room because of our extended stay. The room was clean and nicely updated. Breakfast each morning offered many hot, delicious options. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend others consider it when choosing a place to stay. "
