Originally built in 1913, this amazing home has survived several fires, and been completely restored and renovated, while maintaining its classic style and charm. The Penthouse is the upper, third story private suite featuring an amazing view of Downtown Siloam, and an open, loft style feel. It has a large open kitchen and living room, and 2 large bedrooms, with one bathroom. The mattress's are high end, cooling memory foam. Guest can easily walk to and enjoy all Downtown Siloam has to offer. The legendary City Barber Shop is right across the street as well as Cafe on Broadway, & the Greenfield Coffee & Bakery.
The Space:
The Connelly-Harrington House is a historic house at 115 East University Street in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. It is an architecturally eclectic two story brick structure, exhibiting elements of Prairie Style, Classical Revival, and Craftsman architecture. The house was built c. 1913 for a prominent local banker, and has since served as a hospital and as the offices of the local chamber of commerce. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. Guests will have complete privacy in this private suite, but also the rest of the common areas of this amazing home. Including the lobby, conference room, front porch, and several sitting/ living spaces and the prayer room.
