"Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again."

Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna. "

"This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance from the main attractions and neighbourhoods. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar is very comfortable. The hotel was for us a modern home for a few days. Katowice was a surprise for its progressive, modern approach and its Silesian pride."
