"Dear Team, I had originally booked Tea Garden Stay for my trip. However, after the booking was confirmed, I received a call from the property stating that the booking had been opened erroneously due to a system glitch and that the stay was not actually available. I was then advised that an alternate option would be provided. Unfortunately, the alternate accommodation offered was completely unacceptable and nowhere close to what was originally booked: The alternate stay was a basic 2 BHK home, with no basic toiletries, towels, or standard amenities provided. The location was not accessible by auto or cab, causing major inconvenience. My original booking included breakfast, which was not provided at the alternate accommodation. I specifically chose Tea Garden Stay for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Due to this booking error and the poor substitute provided, my entire trip was severely disrupted. This situation occurred solely because of your system error, and I had to face unnecessary stress and inconvenience as a result."

"We stayed one night to experience the grandeur of the palace. The staff were courteous and the meals were to a high standard that you would expect of such a place. But we felt isolated and little disappointed as it was very quiet and lacked warmt. Hot water was only on at certain times making it more univiting and some parts looked rundown. The ball room was impressive and had nostalgia but we were glad to only stay one night. I'm sure the experience may be better during the high season when it is more busier."

"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"
